A DAY IN THE LIFE
Yoga Enthusiast · Hobbyist Runner · Ramen Connoisseur
Outside of my career, I lead an eclectic lifestyle that keeps me busy. I’m a native Pittsburgher who grew up on the outskirts of the Steel City. Two years ago, I chose to leave the notoriously overcast skies of Pennsylvania for South Florida. I now reside in Miami where blue skies and sunshine are always abundant.
I’ve recently caught the running bug and love participating in local 5k races. I’ve had the pleasure of running through some pretty epic locations, including a runway at MIA, the Jewfish Creek Bridge in Key Largo, the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and iconic Ocean Drive along South Beach. There’s really no better way to start the day than jogging along the breezy shore as the sun rises above the Atlantic, followed by a beachfront DJ set at the afterparty.
Houseplants are an absolute staple in my life. They not only provide amazing health benefits but also fill me with an immense sense of pride as I’ve finally learned how to properly care for them after much trial and error. Iced coffee is a non-negotiable in my morning routine, and I believe there isn’t a single problem in the world that a good bowl of ramen can’t fix. It’s the simple pleasures in life that truly bring the most joy.
When I’m not preparing for my next race, I’m rolling out my mat for a tranquil yoga session, photographing wildlife in the Everglades, or exploring local crystal shops to find the next addition to my ever-expanding collection. For a change of scenery, I occasionally enjoy taking a relaxing daycation to Naples or Marco Island to explore the local shops or try a new eatery.
